Louis F. Perdomo, MD is a Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician, who is known by his patients as a knowledgeable, down to earth, respectful family physician. Dr. Perdomo received his medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic, completing a 6-year program in just 4 years. Dr. Perdomo then completed his residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and has been focused on family medicine and urgent care medicine for over 20 years.

Dr. Perdomo joins Sovereign from a variety of highly respected practices throughout New Jersey, New York, and Florida. As a dedicated family physician, Dr. Perdomo carefully listens to each patient he sees, and is incredibly thorough during initial examinations, treatment, follow up, and referrals when necessary.
